Method - Tasting
Equipment - iceblock sticks, various substances, water
Results. Food 1. The taste was a mixture of lime and lemon. It was sweet, crunchy and soft. When I blocked my nose it had no taste. Ir was a fruit lolly.
food 2 . It tasted sugary but with a sour taste. It was citric acid.
Food 3. It tasted bitter. It was a powder. I tasted it on my tongue. It was baking soda.
Food 4. It tasted mildly of salt with my nose blocked. With my unblocked nose it was a lot more salty It was salt.
Food 5. It tasted sweet with my nose unblocked. With my nose blocked I could hardly taste it. It was sugar.
Food 6. It tasted fizzy and sweet. It was sherbert.
